The General Terms and Conditions below apply to this website. By using this website or purchasing products on www.soaptreatmentstore.com you agree with these General Terms and Conditions. www.soaptreatmentstore.com reserves the right to change this website and the General terms and Conditions without anytime and without prior notification.
www.soaptreatmentstore.com is de service provider; hereinafter to be referred to as “SOAP TREATMENT STORE”, “www.soaprecommends.com”, “us” or “we”. The customer is the person or organisation making the purchase or requesting services from SOAP TREATMENT STORE; hereinafter also referred to as “you”.
Placing an order
- All orders placed must be confirmed and accepted by www.soaptreatmentstore.com.
- www.soaptreatmentstore.com reserves the right to change the prices of the products ordered. In the even of a price increase, the order can be cancelled by contacting SOAP TREATMENT STORE within 7 days after the price increase.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so as quikckly as possible. If the customer cancels the order after the order has been shipped, the customer shall owe the packaging and shipping costs for returning the order.

Payment
Online orders can only be paid with credit cards (ONLY Visa/Mastercard) or via internet banking. The ownership of the products is not transferred from SOAP TREATMENT STORE to the customer until the full amount has been received by www.soaptreatmentstore.com All of the articles displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping
If a shipped order is refused or not picked up, the shipping costs shall be for the account of the customer. SOAP TREATMENT STORE makes every effort to ensure that the orders are delivered on time, but is not liable for delays or the misplacement of products. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with an order number you can use to request information about your order.
Exchange and money back
- In the event of a decrease in price, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price difference. Please complete your order with care.
- We only refund money when you send the product back to us within 8 days after receipt. To be eligible for a refund, all products must be in their original state and in the original packaging. This refund policy only applies if you have changed your mind or if it seems that there is insufficient knowledge of how to use the product. The customer is responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned goods.
- If you have received incorrect or damaged products or if there are missing products, you must inform SOAP TREATMENT STORE of this within 24 hours after receipt. You can contact us by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@soaptreatmentstore.com or send a letter to: SOAP TREATMENT STORE – Van Baerlestraat 122 – 1071 BD – Amsterdam – The Netherlands.
- If you have a received a product that you did not order, please leave the packaging intact. If you use a product you did not order, it will be considered as a product that has been accepted by the customer. The used the product can longer be sent back or exchanged.
- SOAP TREATMENT STORE continues to be the owner of goods that are shipped to you by accident.
Guarantee
- SOAP TREATMENT STORE guarantees that the goods it ships contain no defects. This guarantee is not transferable. Goods that come with a guarantee can be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. Under no circumstance whatsoever is there a right of restitution. --The guarantee only applies to product(s) sold by SOAP TREATMENT STORE.
- A large percentage of good sent back to us show no defects whatsoever. If SOAP TREATMENT STORE comes to the conclusion that a returned product shows no defects, all of the shipping costs shall be for the account of the customer. Insofar as possible, we will always ask for the customer’s permission to deduct these costs from their credit card. If this is not possible, the goods will be sent back with TNT as cash on delivery. SOAP TREATMENT STORE also reserves the right to charge for the labour costs of investigating whether the good are defective.
- All guarantees lapse if the returned product has been improperly handled, incorrectly installed, wrongly used or damaged by the user or if the product has been altered.
- Always send us a copy of the original invoice or make sure we have the original order number in some other way. Always send us a detailed description of what is presumed to be defective about the returned article.
- The shipping and insurance costs of returning the guaranteed articles to SOAP TREATMENT STORE shall be owed by the customer. SOAP TREATMENT STORE is not responsible for packages that are lost during transport to SOAP TREATMENT STORE.
